We Stand With Ukraine

Collagenius stands in unison with those suffering as a result of the unprovoked violence currently taking place in Ukraine. As such, we have suspended all operations/shipping within Russia. In addition, due to the rapidly evolving situation and challenges faced, we have been forced to temporarily disable shipping to Ukraine.

Place your order before 3.45pm Monday to Friday or prior to 11.15am on a Saturday, select Royal Mail 24 delivery service, and it will be dispatched the very same day. Orders placed after 11.15am on a Saturday will leave our warehouse on Monday.

Orders placed on bank holidays, or after 3.45pm the day before, will not be collected until the following working day, so please allow slightly longer for delivery.

We offer delivery 7 days a week when selecting DPD and nominating the day of delivery.

Place your order before 11.30am Monday to Friday and select Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm and by 9am, we guarantee that your order will arrive on the next day.

When you place your order before 3.45pm Monday to Friday or prior to 11.15am on a Saturday and select any DPD Delivery service, we guarantee that your order will arrive on the next working day.

If you want your order to arrive on Saturday, you must place your order before 3.45pm on a Friday and select Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm or by 9am.
